LGA’s Head of Workforce since 2011, Sarah recently took up a new role is focused on income generating workforce activity for the LGA. She is passionate about working with organisations to support them in addressing a range of workforce related challenges and opportunities in the context of fast paced public sector reform. Her expertise is based on a career spent in the fields of HR, OD and employee relations and she understands the need for organisations to have a clear vision for their workforce and equally importantly a fluid plan to ensure their people have the skills, confidence and resilience to develop and deliver the services that the wider public expect and deserve in a digital world.
