Luana has worked in Digital Delivery of transactional services for 11 years. In her current role she works closely with the UKs Resilience Community, resulting in the launch of the ResilienceDirect Service. This free service helps the resilience community, to plan and exercise in readiness for a response and then move to recovery. ResilienceDirect provides a real time data sharing platform as well as an enhanced situational awareness capability, providing real live data feeds from source and able to consume any forms of intelligence.
Luana is on the Advisory Board for UK IESF (UK Innovation Emergency Services Forum) and regularly chairs the National Events. She is frequently asked to present and participate in panel sessions across the Resilience arena and works with academia in particular Salford University’s ThinkLab and with Loughborough University on flood modelling.
